Old relics of conditioned thoughts can seem very familiar. They can sound like common, everyday words that you’ve said or heard so often they seem true. You may even self-identify so strongly with the certain statements that you say: “Well, that’s just the way I am.” -Or, “That’s the way it is.”

Similar examples include: “I’ll never get this done,” “I’m just not smart enough,”  ”I’m addicted. I can’t stop…”

You may say similar words to yourself. You may try to reason with yourself, to describe the problem with the hope of solving the problem. But experience shows that thinking locks the thinker in a box. -Or, it’s like an electrical circuit that keeps going endlessly along the same pathway.

A new solution is needed to redirect the energy of the thoughts. It must be something that deeply impresses both the conscious and unconscious minds.

The beauty is that these thought forms are not hard-wired. They are energy that has developed a particular pathway along dendrites and neurons and synapses. Everything is energy. The energy can be directed to flow away, so to speak. Then, practiced remembrance that you are the creator of your world can recreate new pathways in the brain.
